At Hair Obsessed, all orders are prepared with care to ensure you receive a premium product every time.

All UK orders are charged at a flat rate of £5.99

Pre-Order & Dispatch Times
Our current collection is available on a pre-order basis as part of our initial release.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 weeks of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details where available.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

• International Delivery: 5–10 working days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
