Returns Information

Due to the nature of haircare products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must remain sealed, unopened and unused
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once approved and received, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
